     Candidate who is passionate about directing a team and responsible for creating software Prodcut and has high attention to detail and ownership over the Quality of the product. Proven track record of achieving objectives on schedule, on budget, and within quality targets



    • Collaborate with Product management and Service delivery team to understand the requirements that will form the core foundation for all the in-house applications.
    • Provide technical leadership and be part of the technology team that designs and develops the application platforms.
    • Own the core system quality attributes relating to product architecture, such as performance, scalability, security, availability, reliability etc.
    • Evaluates emerging technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company products.
    • Must have extensive experience building applications in an agile delivery environment.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management as well as a geographically and culturally diverse technical organization.
    • To perform appraisal, budgeting & attendance of the team.
    • Role will include 50% technical and 50% operations & stake holder management.
    • Present technical solutions/design to stakeholders in different forums.
    • Should code as and when required.




    • Team management and individual tracking to accomplish the development task.
    • Mentor technical resources in development teams.
    • Manage engineering and operational project teams in the design, test and deployment of new infrastructure projects, products, and/or features.
    • Ensure new technologies are employed productively in operations by planning their release, working with internal customers on adoption, as well as identifying and resolving problems throughout the project's life cycle.
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering projects by working closely with Product Management and other teams by understanding the priorities.
    • Ability to work towards transforming engineers in terms of process, culture and technology stack
    • Ability to hire and build a team of strong A+ engineers to join a high pace, high quality engineering team
    • Set and achieve challenging goals and build trust and influence across teams.
    • Candidate would be responsible for Data scalability in Continuum of 40 GB / Day
    • Candidate would be responsible for weekly sprint / release with Continuum


    Required Skills

    • 11+ years of total experience in which 3-4 years in product development/Services environment, 2+ years of experience in managing 1-2 scrum teams of 8 engineers each.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in technically leading software product development using Agile / Scrum.
    • Experience in culture transformation
    • Experience developing SAAS product from concept to implementation in a production setting & scaling to Millions of Users.
    • Experience with Unit Testing Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automation techniques.
    • Candidate must have experience of managing 4 -5 scrum teams. Each scrum team must be of atleast 5 - 6 members..
    • Candidate must have experience of 1-2 release in a month ( Mandate ).
    • Experience in Go /Java/Any Open Source, Design Patterns, Micro Services Architecture & Containers.
    • Re-architecting Experience is a must.
    • Knowledge of TDD, BDD approach towards product development. 
    •  Prior exposure to working with Geographically distributed teams (including US teams) and working with multi-stakeholders – Product management, Services, Business stakeholders, Management, etc


    • RMM business, Back office management, NOC and Help Desk process

    Educational Qualification:-

    B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field required
