  • Overview

    We are looking for strong candidates who will help develop our BDR solution as a reliable, scalable, modern architecture that supports long term growth and reduces operational and support costs. The candidate will engage with the product management and provide technical leadership as part a team of engineers for implementation and roll out of various modules.
     
    The ideal person for this role will have a passion for shipping elegant, innovative, and scalable products. This position demands strong technical leadership, ability to collaborate with globally distributed product teams, and the guts and vision to produce something really extraordinary.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with Product Management and UI/UX teams to understand business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
    • Develop components and features for our frontend app(s)
    • Co-ordinate with Remote teams within Engineering.
    • Deliver quality code on an aggressive schedule.
    • Follow best practices, standards and guidelines.
    • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
    • Write, audit, and improve test coverage.
    • Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of web based applications
    • Follow AGILE methodologies using SCRUM.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of rich experience in product development in web based technologies and frameworks.
    • Extensive experience working with a Javascript framework, preferably React
    • In-depth understanding of Javascript, the DOM, and relevant concepts
    • Ability to create Architectures and suggest positive changes to existing ones.
    • Proficiency with browser based debugging and performance testing
    • Understading of REST/SOAP APIs
    • Knowledge of any RDBMS and NoSQL database would be a plus.
    • Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
    • Provide a mix of maintenance and support while also contributing to new feature development.
    • Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline.
    • Experience using Git.
    • Experience with testing frameworks.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and do required POCs
    • Good Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
